Pastor Karl Todd
At the age twenty one, Pastor Karl Todd answered the call to serve under the leadership of Apostle Wayne T. and Dr. Beverly Y. Jackson of Great Faith Ministries International.
Ordained as a minister, it was at Great Faith Ministries where the cultivation of Pastor Todd’s gifts began. Over the next twenty-six years, Pastor Todd worked in several facets of ministry, serving for many years as the Youth Pastor and Men’s Ministry Department Chair until his departure for his own work.
Pastor Karl Todd honors Apostle Wayne T. and Dr. Beverly Y. Jackson for their examples of leadership and commitment to Christ. Pastor Todd also gives honor to his mentor, the Late Bishop Benjamin Gibert, Senior Pastor of Detroit World Outreach, where he serves as a member of Destiny Outreach Ministerial Association (DOMA).
In addition to numerous positions held in the Kingdom, Pastor Todd was fortified the opportunity to become a Journeyman Electrician and also received a Bachelor's of Mortuary Science degree from Wayne State University allowing him to become a licensed Funeral Director.
Pastor Karl Todd humbly serves as the Chief Shepherd of
New Outlook Ministries along with his wife of over twenty years,
Co-Pastor Kimberly Todd. He is the loving father to
two children, Karsten and Kayla Todd.
Co-Pastor Kimberly Todd
Born and raised in the city of Detroit, Co-Pastor Kimberly Todd began her work of ministry at Great Faith Ministries International, under the graceful guidance of Apostle Wayne T. and Dr. Beverly Y. Jackson.
She served over twenty years in several ministries including
Children’s Catechism and Finance.
As founder and leader of ‘Princess of Providence’ at New Outlook Ministries, Co-Pastor Todd desires to be a living example of grace and the redemptive love of our Heavenly Father. Her desire is to ultimately see growth and maturity, both spiritually and naturally, exhibited
in the lives of the people of God.
She and Pastor Todd honor Apostle Wayne T. and Dr. Beverly Y. Jackson for their examples of leadership and commitment to Christ.
Co-Pastor Kimberly holds a Bachelor's of Arts in Accounting and Psychology, with over ten years of experience as a social
worker for the State of Michigan.
Co-Pastor Kimberly Todd humbly serves as the Co-Pastor of
New Outlook alongside her husband of over twenty years,
Pastor Karl Todd. She is the loving mother to
two children, Karsten and Kayla Todd.
New Outlook Ministries History
“Engage every person into the Word of God; elevate one’s mind set and empower every person to improve their quality of life.” The vision for New Outlook Ministries was revealed to Pastor Karl Todd during his time of prayer in 2012.
Being a son of the gospel at Great Faith Ministries International, Detroit, MI; Pastor Karl and Co- Pastor Kimberly Todd submitted the vision for New Outlook Ministries to their spiritual parents, Apostle Wayne T. and Dr. Beverly Y. Jackson. On September 8, 2012, Apostle Wayne T. and Dr. Beverly Jackson released Pastor Karl and Co- Pastor Kimberly Todd to continue the will of God. Preparations were quickly initiated to have the first public worship service.
On October 21, 2012 New Outlook Ministries was officially launched and an official grand opening Inaugural Service was held at the Westin Hotel in Southfield, MI. At this powerful service the lives of many were transformed and the discipleship of New Outlook Ministries began to grow.
The word is spreading quickly regarding New Outlook Ministries as guests come to worship with many eventually joining the ministry. Within a very short time, the discipleship continues to multiply.
With the Westin Hotel in Southfield, MI being only temporary, the pursuit to secure a location was imperative. Within months of the first worship service, God opened a door for New Outlook Ministries to secure another place of assembly with plans to transition in March 2013 until a more permanent location is acquired.
New Outlook Ministries’ endeavor is to serve the community, the world, and the nation with the spirit of love, excellence and integrity. The message that God has commissioned New Outlook Ministries to impart into the Body of Christ stems from Romans 12:2, “Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that by testing you may discern what is the will of God, what is good and acceptable and perfect.”
The history and vision of New Outlook Ministries dwells in the hearts of Pastor Karl and Co- Pastor Kimberly Todd and the disciples of New Outlook Ministries. At New Outlook Ministries, we are committed to “Transforming mindsets…liberate lives!”
